How does the ordering process work?

Simply contact us to get the process started. Let us know which invitation design you are interested in, how many invitations you need (don't forget to factor in extras for keepsakes and any last-minute guest list additions), and we'll get back to you right away with pricing information and customization options.

How are my invitations printed?

Letterpress printing is a centuries-old technique in which ink is applied to a raised plate design and then impressed onto paper, creating a wonderfully tactile, elegant result that simply cannot be matched for its beauty and detail. Our expert, artisan printers hand-letterpress each invitation, with a careful eye for detail, color and impression.

How far in advance should I order my invitations?

We recommend ordering your invitations at least 4 months in advance for local weddings or 8 months in advance for destination weddings. For custom designs, please allow an extra 6 weeks.

Can you do custom invitation designs?

Yes, we truly enjoy working with fun couples to create unique and memorable one-of-a-kind pieces. Visit our custom page for more information.

Do you offer Save-the-Dates?

We sure do! We can provide just about any piece you'd like to go along with your selected wedding invitation suite or custom invitation design. Save-the-dates, directions cards, placecards, programs, and menus are just some of the extra printed pieces we can provide. Contact us for more information.

Can I use different ink colors?

Yes! Within the limits of legibility (for example, you wouldn't want to use a pale yellow for type), and including a small color mixing fee (usually around $60), we can accommodate your color wishes.

Are your invitations eco-friendly?

We strive to create earth-friendly products from start to finish. Our invitations are printed on tree-free cotton paper, paired with recycled-content envelopes made with renewable energy.
We actively work to reduce waste when shipping and recycle every little paper scrap we get
our hands on.

Do you offer any non-letterpress invitations?

Most of our designs can be flat-printed, at a significant cost savings from letterpress printing. Contact us for more details.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal forms of payment. We require a 50% deposit up front before work is begun, and the remainder of payment is due upon your approval of a final proof, at which time printing is begun.

How do I receive my invitations?

We carefully pack and ship your invitations, usually via FedEx Ground.
